When you use our contact form or email us directly, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and the content of your message, including any details about the service you are interested in.
We process your data based on your consent when submitting a form, and on the performance of a contract once a service is agreed.
We retain enquiry and contract data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above, and as required by Spanish commercial and tax record-keeping rules, typically up to 6 years for invoicing records.

This policy applies to all digital data engineering services purchased from AxionexaLabs, C. de Montecarlo, 5, Posterior, 28936 Móstoles, Madrid, Spain.
All services offered by AxionexaLabs are delivered digitally and typically involve custom engineering work scoped to your specific data sources and requirements.
Full refunds are available if you cancel before we begin scoped work, provided the request is made in writing within 48 hours of payment.
Because our services involve bespoke digital work performed on request, and in line with EU consumer law on digital content, refunds after work has begun are assessed proportionally to work completed. Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for undelivered scope.
If delivered work does not match the agreed written scope, we will first remedy the issue at no additional cost. If a satisfactory remedy cannot be reached within a reasonable timeframe, a partial or full refund may be issued.
Email support@axionexalabs.com with your project reference and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Additional services under €100 booked as one-off tasks follow the same before/after work-started distinction described above, applied proportionally to the smaller scope of that task.

These Terms govern your use of the AxionexaLabs website and the digital data engineering services offered by AxionexaLabs, C. de Montecarlo, 5, Posterior, 28936 Móstoles, Madrid, Spain ("AxionexaLabs", "we").
AxionexaLabs provides data engineering services including pipeline architecture, data warehouse design, ETL/ELT development, streaming pipelines, governance and monitoring, delivered entirely digitally as described on this website.
Package and additional-service pricing shown on this site reflects standard scopes. Work outside a standard scope is agreed in writing before it begins, and priced accordingly.
You are responsible for providing accurate access, sample data and requirements needed to deliver the agreed service, and for ensuring you hold the necessary rights to any data you provide to us.
Prices are listed in EUR. Payment terms are confirmed before work begins; invoices are issued per Spanish tax requirements.
Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for your project (pipeline code, documentation) are licensed to you for your internal use. AxionexaLabs retains rights to general methods, frameworks and reusable tooling.
We treat any data or business information shared with us as confidential and use it solely to deliver the agreed service.
AxionexaLabs' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable Spanish or EU law.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may hold.
